Minister of Communication and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade has issued an order on appointment of Rovshan Aliyev as a new director general of Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA).
Aliyev has been appointed as a deputy director general of BTCPA since February 5, 2016 and worked as acting director general.
Former director general of BTCPA Beytulla Huseynov was arrested in October 2015. He faced charges under articles 179.3.2 and 308.2 and 313.
