“Cavusoglu informed me that he had thoroughly discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Turkey,” Mammadyarov told a press conference following a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Cavusoglu in Baku Dec. 2.
“We also discussed the upcoming OSCE summit in Hamburg,” added the Azerbaijani FM.
