The crash was witnessed by a shepherd, who alerted rescue services, Xinhua news quoted local emergency services.
However, when the rescuers rushed to the site they were unable to do anything and the flames were not extinguished until two hours after the accident.
The victims were yet to be identified and the experts were investigating the cause of the crash, which happened under poor weather conditions with low clouds and rain.
