In his remarks, head of the International Military Cooperation Department Huseyn Mahmudov highlighted regional military and security challenges, Armenia`s aggression against Azerbaijan, as well as reforms in the armed forces, and military cooperation.
Dean of Baku Military Attaches Association, Romanian military Attache Rodin Lăzăroiu expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Defense for organizing such events and visits. He hoped that cooperation would be more fruitful in the future.
