3+2 format meeting on Karabakh conflict did not take place in Hamburg
A 3+2 format meeting (three OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, plus Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers) on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, planned to be held in Hamburg, did not take place because of Armenia’s destructive policy and its attempts to evade the meeting, Hikmat Hajiyev, spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry, told AzVision.az.

Mammadyarov had a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs as part of the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg Dec. 8.

The sides discussed the negotiation process on the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
