Quake hits Azerbaijan twice

Quake hits Azerbaijan twice

A quake hit Ismayilli district of Azerbaijan twice.

The Republic Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) told AzVision.az that the last quake was recorded in Ismayilli district, 13 km north-west from Pirgulu on Dec.13 at 04:33 am.

4.5-magnitude quake occurred in the depth of 9 km.

The first quake was recorded at 04:32 am. 4.4-magnitude quake occurred in the depth of 8 km.

Both quakes were felt in 4-magnitude in the epicenter, 3-magnitude in neighboring settlements.
