Karabakh Department of the Armenian Special Service Bodies arrested Lusine Nersisyan, writer, activist right after her interview published in Azerbaijani `haqqin.az` ,`virtual.org` websites. She`s been kept in the building of a special service body in Khankandi. David Babayan, Press Secretary of `the President of the so-called Nagorno Karabakh` said in his interview to `Aravot` newspaper.
Babayan accused Azerbaijan of waging hybrid war against Armenia and the so-called `Nagorno-Karabakh Republic`: Azerbaijan has recently made information warfare against Armenia. Baku tries to intervene in our Mass Media outlets and make impact on people`s psychology`.
`Currently, the Armenian side investigates the details of Nersisyan appearance in the Azerbaijani Mass Media and her support to Baku peaceful Declaration`, said Babayan .
