This is not the first off-the-record media meeting the president has arranged. High profile media figures and network executives flocked to Trump Tower in Manhattan for another off-the-record chat last month — and complained afterward about only being berated by the GOP victor. Trump has not held a press conference in 140 days, The Hill points out.
