The report added that the sides have agreed to jointly use the Nurduz-Meghri border crossing.
In the meantime, Iranian Interior Ministry and the ministry of the emergency situation of Armenia have agreed to cooperate.
The agreements also envisage cooperation between Iranian National Museum and the history museum of Armenia.
Visiting Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and his Armenian counterpart, Serzh Sargsyan, participated in the ceremony for inking the MoUs.
Iranian president has arrived in Armenia as part of his regional tour. Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will be his next destinations.
The current volume of trade turnover between Iran and Armenia stands at about $280 million.
Over the last year, Armenia exported worth of $88 million goods to Iran, while its imports from the Islamic Republic amounted to $ 198 million.
