Mortar Shell Strikes Tram Stop in Donetsk Leaving 13 Dead, Dozens Injured

As a result of a mortar striking a tram stop in Donetsk, 13 people were killed and dozens of people were injured, according to the authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic.

At least 13 people have been killed and dozens injured after a mortar struck a tram stop in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk, Donetsk News Agency reported Thursday citing authorities in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic.

“As a result of a mortar striking a tram stop in the Lenin Region of Donetsk this morning, 13 people were killed and dozens of people were injured,” the news agency said.
