The `ASAN Service` Customer Satisfaction Index was approximately 100% last year, Chairman and Minister of State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Inam Karimov told in his address at the meeting on socio-economic outcomes of 2016 and objectives for future held under the chairmanship of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

`Large-scale reforms are being conducted in the fields of socio-economic development and governance. A new institution - `ASAN Service` was established in Azerbaijan four years ago under the initiative of President Aliyev. The `ASAN Service` aims to increase transparency in the state institutions and provide people with quality service by using convenient and modern innovations. 11 `ASAN Service` centers operate in Azerbaijan`, Inam Karimov said.

` The `ASAN Service` offers more than 230 services to our citizens. 10 Mobile centers of `ASAN Service` operate in the regions where `ASAN Service` centers have not established. `ASAN` Qatar system was introduced together with the Azerbaijan Railways OJSC in order to improve the mobile services`, Karimov noted.
`ASAN Service` received more than 13 million applications last year. The total amount of state duty paid to the state budget was 69 million manat including 20 million manat in 2016`, he highlighted.

Last year, `ASAN Service` customer satisfaction rate has reached at nearly 100%, he stressed.

`97 state bodies have been integrated to the `ASAN Pay` system. The unified register of the services rendered by the state bodies has been established. 756 services of 118 state bodies have been included in the unified register`, I.Karimov said.

Pursuant to your instruction, `ASAN Service` index was established to apply `ASAN Service` standards in all public services. Starting 2017, public services and their rating will be evaluated by the `ASAN Index` standards.
According to the UN 2016 E–Government Development Index, Azerbaijan has ranked at 56th place among 193 countries - up 12 places in comparison with the previous year. Azerbaijan has ranked at the 47th place - up 30 places in comparison with the previous year as a result of the implemented reforms in consistency with the E-Participation Index, the head of the Agency stated.

`Mr. President, `ASAN Service` conception became an effective institutional tool against corruption and bribery. Significant development on combatting corruption has been indicated in the Global Corruption Barometer 2016 report. `ASAN Service` has held its presentations in the UN, the World Bank, the European Parliament, and the African Union, in more than 15 European countries as well as in the international media organizations`, he added.

The `ASAN Visa` portal has been fully given to use from a test regime to promote tourism in Azerbaijan. Approximately 500 foreigners and stateless persons have obtained e-visa via “ASAN Visa” portal so far. The system has jointly established with the Interior and Foreign Ministries, State Security, State Border and State Migration services and has been integrated with all information bases.
