The local command has issued quarantine due to the increase in the number of infected servicemen in the military units of Armenian armed forces, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.
This information is reflected in the report sent to the Head of the Medical Department of Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel Kamavor Khachatryan.
As a result of the unplanned monitoring held in Armenian military units under the guidance of a doctor named Harut, it was revealed that 75 percent of the personnel of 800 people became unable to serve in the military due to the cold and flu, according to the document.
It was proposed to suspend the classes in the secondary schools and use these buildings as infirmaries due to the lack of places in the Khojavend hospital where the infected servicemen are receiving medical treatment.
The report also said that the parents of the soldiers buy the medicines by themselves due to the lack of doctors and necessary medicines.
