Azerbaijani SCC chairman promoted to rank of colonel general

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring higher ranks upon several employees of the State Customs Committee (SCC).

Under the order, Chairman of the State Committee, Lieutenant General Aydin Aliyev was promoted to the rank of colonel general.
