They hailed successful development of bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Belgium in a variety of fields.
They expressed confidence that this visit will contribute to the expansion of Azerbaijan-Belgium bilateral relations, as well as the strengthening of Azerbaijan’s ties with the European Union.
President Ilham Aliyev invited Belgian companies to participate in the development of Azerbaijan’s economy.
During the conversation, Azerbaijan’s role in ensuring European energy security was emphasized.
They also exchanged views over regional, economic and other issues.
