Azerbaijani observers to monitor presidential election in Turkmenistan

A 73-member CIS observation mission is due to monitor the presidential election in Turkmenistan on February 12, said a message posted on the official website of the CIS Executive Committee.

The CIS mission also includes observers from Azerbaijan.
