The Spanish Foreign Ministry noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Spain have been developing over 25 years, regular high-level contacts between the governments and experience exchange have been held, and the two countries have cooperated in high education, engineering, agriculture, maritime traffic and other areas.
In the message, the Spanish government wished peace, prosperity and wellbeing to the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
