The political dialogue between Latvia and Azerbaijan is very intensive, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov during a briefing after negotiations with his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkevics.
The exchange of high-level visits is planned for 2017, and this is a good momentum for the development of relations, noted Mammadyarov.
