Despite being a small country, Azerbaijan is doing huge work - Mammadov
Azerbaijan is located in a region where high geopolitical rivalry and interests of big states encounter, said Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and chief of the Administration’s foreign relations department.
He made the remarks at the international conference on the theme “Armenia’s military aggression on Azerbaijani territories: Losses and casualties”, held in Baku Feb. 22.

Mammadov noted that Azerbaijan has made huge contributions to dialogue between civilizations and cultures.

“Azerbaijan, which pursues an independent policy, is making big contributions to the provision of global energy security. Despite being a small Muslim state, Azerbaijan is doing huge work. It’s hard to find a second such state in the international political area,” he added.
