Train collision kills 5, injures dozens in Central Cuba
At least five people were killed and dozens of others were injured in a train collision in central Cuba, local media report.
A passenger train crashed into a freight train on Friday not far from the town of Tuinucu in the Sancti Spiritus Province, the Cuban Escambray newspaper said.
At least five people were killed and over 40 were injured.

The collision occurred as the freight train that was carrying sugar cane was going along the same tracks (in the opposite direction), as the small passenger train, according to Escambray.
