Stressing the necessity of finding an early solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the former military official noted that in order to achieve it a number of problems, such as the liberation of the occupied Azerbaijani territories and the return of the refugees to their native lands, have to be solved.
He added that the conflict is in need of more political support from the US.
