In connection with the appointment of Mehriban Aliyeva as Azerbaijan’s First Vice-President, the Central Election Commission has made a decision to terminate her parliamentary powers.
Azerbaijan’s first lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva was elected as an MP in the parliamentary elections in 2015.
