The Minister expressed his gratitude to personnel, called up from the reserve, for their organized participation in exercises, readiness without hesitation again with dignity and honor to stand in the ranks of the army to protect the homeland.
The Minister noted that the reservists were able to improve combat skills, military skills and experience closely to see samples of modern and upgraded weapons and military equipment to properly use and learn the rules of their operation.
"Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan continues today. Azerbaijani armed forces are capable of using all opportunities to displace the enemy from the occupied territories. In recent years, the enemy became even wilder. However, the ringleader of the military junta in Armenia should know the Azerbaijani army and Azerbaijani soldiers give them a decent answer, this will continue. In a short time more than 20 occupants were killed. The enemy has number of wounded. In our Armed Forces were also martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the motherland. We express our condolences to their friends and relatives. Our people should know that martyrs avenged tenfold, this will continue", he said.
The Minister reiterated that the exercises organized in accordance with the instructions of President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, held at a high level.
