Independent observer, actor Hayk Marutyan, famous in Armenia as Hayko, reported about violation at 9/47 precinct in Yerevan just an hour after the parliamentary elections started, AzVision.az reported citing the Armenian Media.
The camera installed at the precinct was not placed by the Central Electoral Commission. It was revealed that this was a surveillance camera of the building where the precinct is operating.
