New chair of European Parliament's foreign affairs committee to visit Azerbaijan

A delegation led by newly-appointed Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the European Parliament David McAllister is expected to visit Azerbaijan in May, Chairman of the parliament’s International and Interparliamentary Relations committee Samad Seyidov told.
Seyidov recalled that the delegation led by him recently visited Brussels, and held important meetings serving the development of bilateral relations: “We had meetings with the European Parliament officials and Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee David McAllister, and held discussions on development of the ties. During the visit of the European Parliament delegation to Azerbaijan, discussions will continue in connection with further expansion of the ties”, Seyidov said.
