Azerbaijani President receives Russian Deputy PM
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich.

Dvorkovich conveyed greetings of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to the head of state.

The sides said that bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are developing successfully in various directions, stressed the importance of regular meetings of heads of state in terms of strengthening relations and expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of trade turnover and investments.

They also expressed confidence the bilateral relations will further enhance and exchanged views on the issues regarding further expansion of economic cooperation.

The head of state expressed his gratitude for the greetings of President Putin and Medvedev, and asked him to convey his greetings to the Russian President and Prime Minister.
