Azerbaijani para-judoka Elchin Talibov (-66kg) won a gold medal at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku.
He defeated another Azerbaijani para-judoka, silver medalist of the Olympic Games Bayram Mustafayev in the finals.
