After opening the box with invalid bulletins, 148 bulletins were revealed. However, the majority of the bulletins, nearly more than 100 were blank. David Khajakyan and Vaaqn Ovakimyan looked over the bulletins. They found out that the bulletins had marks on them but had disappeared afterwards.
David Khajakyan assumes that it could be a result of use of pens which blurr and disappear afterwards.
"These bulletins must be protected as evidence. They can be used for appealing to prosecution office," Ovakimyan said.
“Ballot must be considered valid as there is not any mark on it. 19 ballots were found invalid which voted in favor of the bloc. Then the valid ballot boxes were opened”, Vaagn Ovakimyan, a member of “Yelk” bloc said .
“The same thing happened with other ballots, too. Though some of the ballots were marked, the ink was erased. These ballots were also considered invalid. As a result, invalid ballots outnumbered 151”, he added.
Note, 566 voters casted their ballots in that station.
