US official comments on current problems with SGC in Italy

“There is a need for open dialogue in projects involving multiple countries and persons,” US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy Robin said of the current problems with Southern Gas Corridor in Italy, AzVision.az reported.

We’re ready to help with problems that can be resolved through our embassies in concerned countries and the federal government. This project will lead to diversification of energy supplies, creation of new jobs, and increased competitiveness in Europe as well as in the global market,” she said.
