`Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry played a great role in exposing spy network`
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense played a great role in exposing the network of spies and criminal group in the country, Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said on Tuesday, AzVision.az reported.
The prosecutor general noted that with speculations around this crime some circles and media outlets wishing to demonize the Azerbaijani army disseminate false information and publish articles that are harmful to the country’s state security.

"Six media outlets were officially warned by the Prosecutor General's Office. I urge all media outlets to refrain from disseminating such messages,” he said.

Garalov stressed that Azerbaijan is in a state of war and no one has the right to blacken the Azerbaijani army, its military power and its worthy sons.

“Any situation might arise, but the state structures have prevented all. Today there is no threat to the military power of our state,” he added.
