He expressed his country’s gratitude for Azerbaijan’s support to US and NATO forces, Azerbaijani soldiers fighting in Afghanistan together with US soldiers and as well as contribution to the operations held by US forces in Kosovo and Iraq.
In addition, the statement highlighted the Azerbaijan’s close relations with Israil since 1990 and existence of the Jewish community and tolerant society providing religious freedom and pluralism.
