“Sometimes, small problems emerge with both sides. If we solve these issues, the sides need to develop an action plan whim aims at visa-free travel. I cannot say when it will realize. It depends on the sides. A meeting on visa facilitation and readmission agreements will be held in Azerbaijan. We can make some progress at that meeting”, Mammadguliev said.
