Armenian provocation prevented in Lithuania

Armenian provocation prevented in Lithuania

On July 5 Armenian embassy in Lithuania organized an exhibition in “Vartai” (Door) gallery titled “Artsakh: new state in the old land” together with Lithuania-Armenia Alliance. Azerbaijani embassy in Lithuania revealed that photos of ancient Azerbaijani lands which were occupied by Armenian Armed Forces were exhibited.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Lithuania have immediately sent letter to the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, AzVision.az reports citing Azertag.

A meeting on the matter was held with the leadership of the “Vartai” gallery and was informed on the Azerbaijani side’s protest. They were asked to warn the Armenian side to prevent recurrence of such cases.

After the meeting the photos were removed and guest’s entrance were halted.
