"Fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey will continue and strengthen" - Erdogan

On July 9, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the Republic of Turkey for a working visit to attend the 22nd World Petroleum Congress held in Istanbul, AzVision.az reports.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Istanbul. Presidents had dinner and took photos.

Meeting of Presidents lasted 1 hour 45 minutes.

Turkish President Erdogan posted his photo with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Twitter and noted that "we have discussed regional issues and bilateral relations with Mr. Aliyev. Our fraternal relations will continue and strengthen".
