The separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh has reacted to US State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki urging the release of Azerbaijani hostages Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev.
David Babayev, spokesperson for the illegal regime, said the return of the Azerbaijani hostages is impossible.
He regarded the US State Department’s call as odd, adding that the separatist regime’s position has already been announced.
“Azerbaijan introduces Ramil Safarov as a hero, but we don’t see this kind of statements being issued. Now the Azerbaijani lobby is trying to make some attempts. I think the case is closed already. We carried out a transparent court process, making a humanitarian gesture,” he concluded.
Note that, US State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki has called on the Armenians to hand over Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev who had were hostage in occupied Azerbaijani territories.
