Duchess wins damages over topless photos
A court has ruled that a French celebrity magazine must pay a total of €103,000 (£94,523) in damages after publishing topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge almost five years ago.
The court in Paris ruled that individuals associated with Closer magazine are guilty of invading the Duchess's privacy.

It ordered Closer magazine to pay a total of €103,000 (£94,523) damages to the Duke and Duchess. The Royal couple had been seeking €1.5million.
