Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to the Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un on the occasion of his country’s national holiday.
According to the letter, on behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on his own Ilham Aliyev congratulated Kim Jong-un on and people of North Korea on the occasion of National Independence Day.
