“The holding of “election” is a clear violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the norms and principles of international law, and, therefore, shall have no legal effect whatsoever,” he said. “This “election” is aimed at undermining the negotiation process on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.”
