Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it is a great honor to see the launch of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.

Erdogan made the remarks at the sixth meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Baku Oct.31.
