The Russian president recalled that the supplies along the corridor "North-South" had already been implemented in a test mode.
"Last year, deliveries were made from India through Iran to Russia and beyond,” he added.
The transport corridor "North-South" is designed to connect Northern Europe with South-East Asia, including the unification of the railways of Azerbaijan, Iran and Russia. It is planned to transport five million tons of cargo a year along the corridor within the first stage and later - more than 10 million tons of cargo.
