“After the announcement of the final vote count we have 5 days to appeal against the results at Constitutional Court.
We’ll create a transitional democratic court until a constitutional order comes to rule in Armenia,” Raffi Hovannisian said.
“We’ll be acting peacefully by taking consistent steps, and let no one stand in our way,” he said.
