Russia would welcome the joining of Azerbaijan to the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov addressing a meeting at the ADA University in Baku Nov. 20.
The foreign minister noted that the Eurasian Economic Community is an open integration union and the joining of new countries is always welcomed.
