"We hail Azerbaijan's decision" - Afghan President

"We have achieved great successes in fight against terrorism. Now we combat against drug trafficking terrorist organizations", Afghan President Ashraf Ghani told in his speech at the 7th ministerial conference on Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process (HoA), titled “Security and Economic Connectivity towards a Strengthened Heart of Asia Region”, AzVision.az reports.
Afghanistan has held 4 anti-terrorist operations out of 5 without help of NATO and US militants. The Afghan Armed Forces are capable of carrying out any military operations. We are continuing our efforts to strengthen the Afghan Armed Forces and in this direction we feel the great support of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. We highly appreciate Azerbaijan’s participation in peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan and hail Azerbaijan's decision on expansion of its peacekeeping contingent in Afghanistan, Afghan President said.
