Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will today meet with his Armenian counterpart Nalbandian in Vienna to discuss the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and a possible meeting between the two countries’ presidents.
The meeting will take place on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna.
