The Cabinet of Ministers is to develop proposals on conforming the laws and acts of the president to the law on “Amendments to the Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” within three months, provide conforming normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers to that law within three months, control conforming the normative legal acts of the central executive power bodies to that law and inform the president about its fulfillment within 5 months.
The words “information reserve” and “post” provided in the article #21.2 of the Migration Code have been replaced with “information reserve”. The law comes into force from April 1, 2015.
