The ambassador said that he did his best to contribute to strengthening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia during his tenure and expressed his hope that the sincere character of the relations would continue and the gained practice would serve to the interests of both states and peoples.
Dorokhin wished success to the government of Azerbaijan in its policy to further stability and progress of Azerbaijan.
Mammadyarov thanked Dorokhin for his contributions to the development of relations between the two countries and wished him every success in his future endeavors.
