Azerbaijani, Iranian FMs hold bilateral meeting

Azerbaijani, Iranian FMs hold bilateral meeting

A bilateral meeting has been held between Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran, Elmar Mammadyarov and Mohammad Javad Zarif in Baku.

A trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Iranian and Turkish foreign ministers will be held after the one-on-one meeting.

During the meeting, the sides praised the continuous steps taken for the development of friendly and neighborly relations between the two countries in various fields.

Besides, the FMs discussed the issue on status of the Caspian Sea.

This is the fifth trilateral meeting of Azerbaijani, Iranian and Turkish foreign ministers.
