"Resulting from the non-constructive position of Armenia, the conflict has not met its fair solution yet. Azerbaijanis suffered from the policy of ethnic cleansing, and nothing so far been changed in this regard," he said.
Touching upon the Azerbaijan-Ukraine relations, Khudiyev stated that the cooperation between two countries has reached strategic partnership level.
He also said the trade turnover between the two countries has increased, compared to last year.
The ambassador voiced big economic potential and called on the businessmen of the two countries to increase mutual investments.
