Official Baku stipulates condition for OSCE

We have discussed the expansion of the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson this year, Spokesman of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmat Hajiyev said at a press conference on the outcome of 2017 foreign policy in Baku Dec. 28, AzVision.az reports.
“Azerbaijan thinks positive about the proposals on the expansion of the Office of the Personal Representative but it must go parallel with the substantive and intensive negotiations in terms of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict”, Hajiyev added.
