The Cabinet of Ministers has been encharged with a task.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to establish a closed joint stock company "Baku International Sea Trade Port".
The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge for two months to approve the charter of the Company, to coordinate it with the President of Azerbaijan, to decide an issue of the allocation of state budget funds necessary for the formation of the authorized capital of JSC.
Tale Mohammed oglu Ziyadov has been appointed the General Director of "Baku International Sea Trade Port" by another decree of the President.
