Azerbaijan’s Deputy Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Kerim Veliyev met with a delegation led by Iranian Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Brigadier General Amir Hatami on the sidelines of the 7th Moscow Conference on International Security, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told.
The sides discussed bilateral military cooperation and issues of global and regional security.
During the plenary sessions, regional security aspects, regional specifics of defense agencies’ response to national threats and challenges, as well as many other issues were discussed.
